When do we collect information? We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to a newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a formMarketing and Events or enter information on our site or in a physical interaction under www.skillmirror.com terms of use, as updated on the website. How do we use your information? ?

Refer your friends for jobs and earn huge money on their placements. Login into skillmirror.com and register as job-seeker. Enter your friends details or resume in referral section of your login. Track their placement status and your earnings. Q1. How can I refer? You can refer by creating your job-seeker account. Only registered job-seekers are allowed to refer. It will help them track the placements of their referees and their earnings in their respective logins. You can refer two ways: A) job wise: tentative referral money is displayed in front of every job you plan to refer against. You can refer as many friends you want against any job. B) Normally: you can refer anybody and everybody by either filling their details or uploading their resumes. You will be duly informed in your login and through messages about their placements. The referee belongs to referer for the period of 6 months. Referer gets paid if referee is placed anywhere in 6 months from the submission. The amount of referral will defer as per the placement. Q2. How will I get my referral money? Referral will receive the reward after the deduction of 10% Tax Deducted at Source (terms and conditions apply). Money will be directly transferred to referral’s provided bank account or a cheque can be requested. Soon they may also be able to get the credits in their e-wallets Q3. When will I receive my reward money? Payment time is dependent on the contract of Skillmirror with respective client where placement happened. Generally it is in 30/45/60/90 days of placement. The due date will duly be updated in the tracker in your login. Q4. How long will my referrals be relevant? Your referee will remain associated with you for the period of six months in the system. Though, you will be paid only on his first placement. Q5. How many referees I can refer ? You can refer as many friends or relatives you want. More the referrals, more the money.
